Terms of Service

RatiOS is an adult product. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you confirm your age when you sign up.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

RatiOS is a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial that gives full access. There is no free tier.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are handled through your Apple account settings under Apple’s terms, not by us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period unless Apple grants it.

If your subscription lapses, your archive remains available to read. You will not be able to add new entries until you resubscribe, and we will not delete your history to reclaim storage.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects an existing subscriber.

You own the content you put into RatiOS: your entries, notes, photos, protocols and documents. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to process it so the app can display it back to you and build the comparison and check-in cards you ask for. We do not use your content for marketing, and we do not use it to train models.

Comparison and check-in cards you export carry a RatiOS watermark at every subscription tier.

RatiOS is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, nutritional or training advice. Derived figures such as weekly rate or projected weight at show are arithmetic on the numbers you entered, not a recommendation. Contest preparation carries real health risks. Consult qualified professionals, and do not use this app as a substitute for that.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone who has not consented to being photographed and stored.
• Upload content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to upload.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Probe, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.

RatiOS is in active development and is currently distributed by invitation through TestFlight. Features change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using RatiOS at any time and request deletion of your data by writing to privacy@getratios.app.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your data first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. A governing province and venue will be named here shortly; until then, Canadian federal law applies and nothing in this section waives rights you hold under the consumer protection law of your own jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged before they take effect. Questions go to privacy@getratios.app. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
